Orders/Returns
All Jhana Pearl jewelry is made to order and may take up to four to six days to be prepared for shipment. We begin the creation process when your order is placed, thoughtfully collecting and drilling the perfect Tahitian pearls for your design. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, we do not accept returns. However, there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact info@jhanapearl.com to discuss your particular situation. In some cases we allow exchanges.
Each piece is made with the utmost intention and care and we truly appreciate your support of our products.
Shipping
All shipping rates are calculated through UPS and all packages are insured upon request.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
